Eligibility Criteria
The applicants entity is required to be registered in India as any of the following
- Company
- LLC
- Sole Proprietorship
- LLP
The participating organization can be an Indian organization or an International organization with a proven presence in India.
All activities and information provided as data point for selection should not precede April 2019.

Guidelines
- The case submission should be comprehensive with a maximum of 30 slides/pages inclusive of all the supporting documents. The size of the file should not exceed 30MB

The inclusion of supporting materials, although voluntary, is strongly recommended. The Supporting material could be in form of -
- Supporting financial data
- Images illustrating the project or campaign
- Details of projects/initiatives and their impact
- Video (up to 3 minutes, please include a link in your entry rather than the video file)
- Awards and Recognitions
- Certifications/Compliances
- Reviews/Testimonials
- Press coverage (up to five examples)
- Social coverage (up to five examples)
- Customer and Vendor Endorsements/Client feedback (if relevant)
- Personal Excellence stories
Terms and Conditions
- The published entry deadlines are fixed and binding for all applicants. Only nominations that are submitted within the cut-off time for nomination as per the announcement and meet all eligibility requirements will be considered for National Logistics Excellence Awards. Any late nominations will not be considered. However, the organisers reserve the right to extend the same at their own discretion
- The applicant certifies that all entries are honest and truthful and supported by documentary evidence, which is available for scrutiny should the Jury so require
- Any false information provided within the context of National Logistics Excellence Awards by any enterprise concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right, or non-compliance with the rules or any terms and conditions, may result in the immediate elimination of the applicant from the process.
- The applicant also hereby confirms that the financial figures, data and material that they submit as a part of their application is their property and is in no way in breach of any contractual obligation that they might have with any third party.
- Organisations can self-nominate themselves for the awards. It will be assumed that the professional submitting the entry on behalf of the organisation is duly authorised to do the same
- The applicant indemnifies, and agrees to keep indemnified, the organisers of the Logistics Excellence Awards for any claims arising out of any material, statements or claims made as part of their entry
- The applicant accepts that the organisers of the awards via the Jury are entitled to judge their entry and select what they consider to be the winner in a given category without legal recourse for entrants
- It will be the sole responsibility of the entrant to appoint a representative to collect the award should they be shortlisted and are declared as winners
- The organisers reserve the right to use any photographs, video, audio, written or other material pertaining to the event without any restriction, with or without the winner appearing in it, for its promotion campaigns
- Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and withdrawn from the Awards
- The organisers reserve the right to withdraw an entry from the judging process if at any time the entrant tampers with the submission process, commits fraud or is in violation of criminal and/or civil laws or is deemed inappropriate in anyway
- The decisions of the judges pertaining to the Logistics Excellence Awards are final and binding on all applicants without any legal recourse. The applicant confirms that they will not engage in any kind of correspondence that tries to influence or counter decisions
- The organisers reserve the right to nominate the entrant in additional categories that the organisers feel appropriate
- The organisers reserve the right to merge/remove sub-categories at its discretion, without prior intimation
- If the jury so decides, no award may be presented for a category.
- Logistics Excellence Awards and all its Intellectual Property remains the sole copyright of Arthur D. Little India Pvt. Ltd, and the Government of India
- All entities that cease operations or undergo change of management during the tenure of the awards shall be considered disqualified
- Each applicant is eligible to apply for more than one award. However, multiple applications from the same entity citing different branches/offices/subsidiaries would be considered disqualified
- Each award shall be eligible for 24 months and winning entities would not be eligible to apply for the same award over the next 2 years. Their applications would be considered disqualified
- Successful submission of the application form does not entitle the applicant to an award

The Logistics Division reserves the following rights at all times
- The right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notice
- The right to cancel or vary the competition at any time without notice
- The right to revoke the award to any applicant in case any information provided is found to be inaccurate at any stage of the awards process or after the awards ceremony is held
- The right to revoke or modify any award category in case enough number of eligible applicants are not obtained
- These rules and regulations will be subject to the laws of Republic of India with Delhi jurisdiction
